General Information

Deposits/Cancellations

In order to secure your function, a minimum deposit of $200.00 and signed contract must be received. (Deposit due when making reservation.) All deposits are non-refundable and an additional fee will apply for cancellations within seven days of the function.

Guarantee

The final guaranteed number of guests must be received two (2) days prior to your function; otherwise, the guest count listed on the signed contract will be considered your guarantee. You will be charged for the actual guest count in the case it exceeds your guaranteed number.

*Note that all guests MUST start to prepare themselves by 1:45am so that ALL guests have left the restaurant by 2:00am. No exceptions.

**Note: All allergies or medical concerns must be brought to the restaurant’s attention ahead of time.

***If the Auto-Visual equipment is in use by your party and there is any kind of damage or stolen items, charges will be applied accordingly.
